Stocks sink as Bernanke warns on inflation
(Reuters) Reuters - U.S. stocks plummeted on Monday as
investors worried that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke's
tough talk on inflation meant the Fed wasn't done with
interest-rate increases.

central banks said on Monday they were monitoring the advance
in inflation like hawks, prompting financial markets to bet
U.S. borrowing costs were likely to rise again.
IP to sell coated papers for $1.37 billion
(Reuters) Reuters - International Paper Co. said on
Monday it will sell its coated papers business, including four
paper mills, to private equity firm Apollo Management LP for
about $1.37 billion in cash.

and a private equity partner will buy Trizec Properties
and its Canadian arm in a deal valued at $8.9 billion (C$9.8
billion), virtually doubling Brookfield's portfolio in the

Constellation Brands completes Vincor acquisition
(Reuters) Reuters - Wine and beer company Constellation
Brands Inc. said on Monday is has completed its
acquisition of Canadian winemaker Vincor International Inc. for
C$1.23 billion, or about US$1.09 billion.
